Rodney Whitacre-Morimoto has 25 years of landscape construction and maintenance experience in the bay area. His specialty is custom residential construction and renovation: working with landscape architects, designers and homeowners to make visions into realities. As a graduate of Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo in 1993, he worked his way up through the landscape industry and also has years of experience serving as Vice President and on the Board of Directors for a large commercial landscape company, helping grow an estate maintenance division serving clients from Atherton, Woodside, and down the peninsula to the South Bay.
Pamela Whitacre
Morimoto
All things administration and accounting are her specialty. Pam began her career in 1990 answering the phones for nationally recognized commercial landscape construction and maintenance firm. She grew with that firm working in the maintenance division administration and then moving more towards the accounting side of things. Over the years her focus shifted through payables, receivables, accounting software implementations and personnel management. By the time she decided to join her husband’s firm full time she was managing the contract and purchasing functions for the construction division. She is proud to offer her talents and experience to R J & Associates full time.
Jason Green
Jason knew at the age of 8 that landscape horticulture was going to be his career path. His focus was the golf industry. He worked his way up from picking up range balls as a teenager to the General Manager position at San Jose Country Club. Upon graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 98’, he was hired as the Assistant Superintendent at Los Altos Golf and Country Club. 5 years later, he was hired as the Superintendent of San Jose Country Club. He spent 8 years renovating the course and raising the standards of maintenance. In 2010, he was promoted to General Manager to use his organizational skills and teamwork to further advance the club. He knew that he had to get back outside to landscape and began working with RJ & Associates in January 2014. He is excited to bring his vast skillset to the company and create outdoor living spaces that homeowners dream of into reality.
Chris Dubridge
Landscape Maintenance Division Manager
Before starting with RJ & Associates in 2014 Chris worked in golf course management and construction for over 25 years. His strengths lie in all aspects of irrigation, drainage, and ornamental horticulture relating to landscape maintenance. His experience in golf course construction has given him the ability to excel as a project manager and lead a team that strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction. While working at Silver Creek Valley Country Club Chris was exposed to a wide array of training that focused on management and hospitality. His education in ornamental horticulture, in conjunction with many years in golf course maintenance have provided him the essential tools to be a successful maintenance manager.
